Purpose: to provide the maximum in labor productivity, the minimum time in training employees, the lowest cost in sleeves with the greatest variety and minimal inventory, and to bypass the use of tying machines and elastics

Features: - makes its own custom sleeves on demand, you always have the right sized sleeve for the bouquet, infinite speed control from 0 to1800 bouquets per hour, trims the bouquets automatically, does not require use of elastics or tying machines, applies UPC labels automatically, can be used effectively by 3 and up to 7 people ( 2 - 6 bouquet assemblers, 1 to put the finished bouquets in a container), strictly mechanical, makes it extremely reliable, can use all types of heat-sealable plastic film, gives unlimited varieties and sizes of sleeves

Requires: Electrical: 240 volt, single phase 60 amp service, can be modified

                Space: Machine requires 125 square feet plus about 300-400 square feet of work area.

Plastic film - presently over 75 types of film are available ranging from attractive prints to clear and metallic. This assortment can give more than a ten million different combinations.
